I offer several types of coaching for leaders.

Because Clinical EFT is such an effective, evidence-based practice for cultivating self-compassion, healing, and personal transformation, I incorporate it into all of my coaching sessions. You will achieve your goals faster because EFT is a part of our work together.

Sessions, Scheduling, and Making Payments

An individual session lasts 60 minutes.

Each coaching type has its own online intake form to complete in advance of your first appointment and includes a customized approach to the flow of the sessions. More information will be sent to you via email after you schedule your first session.

All individual appointments and payments can be made in advance through the scheduling and billing systems on this website.

In-person sessions take place at The Haven at Hallett’s in St. Peter, Minnesota.

Virtual sessions will take place via Google Meet

Spiritual Exploration + Clinical EFT

Your goals may include:

  • Connecting with a source of compassion greater than yourself

  • Healing from spiritual injury or religious trauma

  • Renewing a sense of love and joy in your life and relationships

Equity Development + IDI + Clinical EFT

Your goals may include:

  • Growing your intercultural competencies

  • Cultivating compassion for self and others as you deepen and advance equity work

  • Using insights from your Intercultural Development Inventory results and the Intercultural Development Plan to identify areas for learning and growth

  • Navigating challenging situations or relationships that have a diversity, equity, inclusion, and/or belonging aspect to them

$147 per session

Leadership Transformation + Clinical EFT

Your goals may include:

  • Feeling an embodied sense of compassion for yourself as a leader

  • Navigating challenging leadership situations with grace and care for self and the people you lead

  • Exploring a career transition, starting a new leadership role, or reinventing your leadership in an existing role

  • Finding your way through challenging relationships or changing contexts in your workplace

  • Clarifying your leadership vision, values, and strategy

$147 per session

Change begins with accepting yourself as you are and grounding yourself in care for self and others. From there,
you can grow, change, and find new ways to thrive and achieve your goals.
